Portfolio Favourites - 'Bermudan Piper'
In 2002 I covered the first Tartan Day Parade to be held in New York. In 2004 I was fortunate enough to again experience the sights and sounds of 2,000 participants of pipe and drum bands. A stirring event.
It's easy to imagine how the sound of the pipe and drum bands would stir patriotic emotions before battle. This gentleman was a piper from a Bermudan band.
To see more images from the 2004 parade please take a look at almost 250 pictures I took during the day. More information can be found at the official Tartan Week website.
